“I’ve got your back!”
Show up for an immigrant child in need. Give them one hour of mentoring at Presencia!
Immigrant children are in crisis in this moment. The news of deportations, poverty, and abuse can be overwhelming, disheartening, and downright paralyzing.
But we can do something good together!
Having a present, supportive, and consistent adult in their life can make all the difference in a child’s sense of worth, belonging, and well-being.
Our program mentors grew up in the immigrant community, and they are equipped and eager to walk with our students through this difficult moment. But they need your support to make it happen.
The school year has just begun and we would love our children to all get the support and care they need. You have an opportunity to help.
With a gift of $25 or more, you say to the Presencia kids: “I’ve got your back!”
$25 provides one hour of mentor care for an immigrant youth. $100 supports them for a week in our program. And $500 gives them a month of connected, life-changing participation in our community.
We will add your name to the list on our wall. The children will see it, walk by it and feel your love and support. They will know that they’re not alone and that there’s a generous community of donors who care.
Give. Share. Do that one good thing!
